We made a pretty serious run at Mike Vick. Tebow won a playoff game with a good defense in Denver.

While I don't see him coming here....I don't think it's a terrible idea either. You just HAVE to pay to Tebow's strengths like Denver did

Gruden can't figure out how to balance run vs. pass, or how to get s top 5 in the league receiver the ball in the first half of a winnable playoff game. I don't trust him to properly utilize tebow.

If I knew that the ESPN trucks wouldn't follow Tebow here, I'd be all for it.

As a backup, he'd bring a lot more to the table than Gradkowski.

About equal as a passer, much better runner, and has an infectious winning attitude.

Problem is, I'm pretty sure the circus would follow him here.

He has Jacksonville Jaguars written all over him. While I'm not completely opposed to him coming here I'm not for it & for your mentioned reasons.
If there wasn't for all of that I think he could make a good situational player in certain circumstances. I think he would be effective some how in goal line or short yardage

IMO tebows biggest downfall is the fact the young guy just can't go out and play the game for himself and not get blasted with exaggerated ya's or na's. I think he is overall good guy and probably a good teammate who wants to win

But like I said I don't want dalton looking over his shoulder or being blasted by some of those nerds on espn when he has a ruff game
