Michigan basketball #1
Michigan's No. 1.
For the first time in 21 years, the Michigan basketball program earned a No. 1 national ranking Monday when The Associated Press released its new Top 25 poll. The Wolverines, who improved to school-record 19-1 with a win over Illinois on Sunday, received 51 first-place votes from AP voters to move into the top spot for the first time since 1992. Following the win over Illinois, Michigan sophomore point guard Trey Burke told reporters he believed his team should be No. 1. Apparently, he was right. "I don't think that was our goal, obviously we want to be No. 1," Burke said. "If we're not, so be it, but I think (we are No. 1 team in the country)." http://www.mlive.com/wolverines/inde...ines_move.html

It wont last long.....not only do I think Michigan will lose this Saturday, I think Indiana is going to open a can of whoop *** on the Big Blue.
Big 10 is by far the best college basketball conference this year.
