After Rams planned to hire Rob Ryan on Jan. 24, @mortreport reports St. Louis has changed its mind and will not add him to its staff.

The Cowboys probably downgraded by hiring Kiffen and getting rid of Ryan...But that being said, the dude's ego and attitude was probably the issue here.

As a defensive coordinator, no team Rob Ryan ever coached has made the playoffs. I think the Rams can do better.
