Not pulling for either one. Should be a good game but couldn't care less who wins. I think I know one thing--the Niners will have to play one hell of a game to beat the Ratbirds.

I'm rooting for the Ravens too, they are extremely similar to the Bengals. They have shown respect to the Bengal organization and several Raven players speak highly of Marvin Lewis, Hue Jackson and others, Yes they are rivals but its a rivalry with respect. Unlike the Steelers whom conduct themselves in exact opposite manner.

Ravens. I would like to see Bobbie Williams get a ring, Ray Lewis retire a champion (I hate that he played for a rival, but admire what he has done on the field), and I like John better than Jim.

That said, I won't be thrilled that is a rival, but I respect them.

Will not root for a Division Rival to win the big game, getting there is enough for all the AFN fans, sorry but this is not college. For me is it easily GO Niners, even though CK's jock strap can not handle much more weight from all the new "lovers" of shiny objects. Bfine's statement is the perfect senario, CK gets taken out of the game, Alex Smith comes in and wins a SuperBowl for the Niners.

However, though I may have made some points earlier about why I am begrudgingly pulling for the Ravens, I still cannot forgive that franchise for making me feel sorry for Cleveland Brown fans. I should never have to feel sympathy for those dogs, but when Modell stole their team, I could not help it. Damn the Ratbirds for that.

Bengals fans should be pulling for Baltimore tomorrow for a number of reasons.

- They represent our division and the conference. A Super Bowl champion Ravens team says something about the strength of the AFCN, and our Bengals.

- Ray Lewis is a stud. Love him or hate him, his talents you cannot deny. I pulling for him. If you see his episode of "A Football Life", you might come to like him a little more.

- The 49ers wrecked our Super Bowl dreams twice. I hope Flaco drives 90-yards in the last 2-minutes, and hits Boldin for a TD on a post with less than 20-seconds left in the game to win.

- The Ravens have allot of similarities to the Bengals. The Ravens winning this Super Bowl gives me hope that Andy can develop into a championship QB like Flaco, and that we've got the right kind of mix to go out and win it all.

- The Ravens are not the Steelers.

Go Ravens? At least for 3-hours tomorrow evening.

Lulz, you have no idea what you're talking about. Lewis was never even tried for murder, he was never suspected of killing anyone. He was probably guilty of obstruction of justice cuz he didn't tell what he knew about his friends involvement, but the police never thought he killed anyone.

And go Ravens. Joe Montana made me cry when I was 13. And Kaepernick's bicep kiss is annoying. I hope Suggs smashes that boy. The Bengals haven't lost to the Ravens enough over the years for me to hate them like I hate the Steelers so I go with divisional pride if it's the Ravens or in some parallel universe, the Browns.

The Ravens make we want to hurl. The 49ers make me want to punch people. I can't stand either of these teams and I cannot in good conscience root for either one. You know why neither of these teams are worth rooting for? Because they are filled with me-first prime donne* like Ray Lewis, Jim Harbaugh, and Colin Kaepernick. The media has hyped various players and focused on personalities instead of giving credit to entire teams and coaching staffs. The only good thing about tomorrow's Super Bowl is knowing it is the last time I'll have to endure seeing Ray Lewis come out and do that stupid dance.

Niners for two reasons: I lived in the Bay Area for a few years in the 80's, all the while remaining a Bengals fan mind you, but being a fan of Bill Walsh I paid attention to what the Niners were doing. And what they did was play winning football consistently, which earned my respect for the organization.
The second reason is the ravens. Dirty little birds they are. Disgusting rotten scavengers. Scum of the feathered set. Lower than worm sweat.

You can take circumstantial evidence and draw whatever conclusion you want but you have no idea. If they couldn't even convict the guys who ended up actually standing trial then what does that tell you. In the end, I don't think he even really was able to help the prosecution that much or chose not to and they still let him walk without even an obstruction charge.

At any rate, comparing that to OJ, a case where there was hardcore DNA proof of what he did is beyond ridiculous.

We'll never know what happened that night, but we know Ray Lewis was guilty of obstruction of justice in a murder case. You think that's nothing? How many people in your family have something like this in their background?
