From what I've been reading, he has significant ball security issues..

No, we have BJGE for ground and pound. We need a change of pace back. So that's what I'm thinking with Franklin.

I really like your draft. Not as high on Vaccaro but safety is a huge need. Big fan of Greene. Overall, I'd be good with it.

Wouldn't be upset if it went this way.

1. Great pick; an all-around S that can actually help shut down opposing TEs would be huge. I think Vaccaro ends up going higher as he is just as solid if not more so of a prospect than Mark Barron. That said, Elam is similar in that he's an all-around guy, so we could easily find a starter at 21. S is deep and we have a significant need, so why not grab the cream of the crop.

2a. Not a huge fan of this pick; I think there are more pressing issues than upgrading Cook, but I wouldn't be upset. Jones is so versatile that he could end up at RT if we lose Smith. I'd prefer a different Tide o-lineman here though in DJ Fluker; if we keep Smith then move Boling to C and start Fluker at LG.

2b. Solid pick; not a very big LB but he is great in coverage. Adding him and Vaccaro would greatly help correct our biggest weakness on D, covering the middle of the field.

3. Great pick if we don't address RB earlier. I'd be very happy with Franklin or Barner in 3.

4. Developmental TE with a high ceiling. I don't see Gresh getting away though, so I would prefer more of an all-around TE in Michael Williams since we have Charles who is more of a pass catcher.

5. Long's stock is soaring at this point and most have him in the 3rd with the possibility of a jump into 2. I never say whether or not a guy will be there even though this one isn't too likely. I'd be stoked to add him if he did fall though.

6. Why not. Upside is very high and gambling a 6th isn't too risky. At worst you cut him; best case he could be a Devin Hester-esque gamechanger in the return game and could greatly impact field position.

6. Another guy looking to be a significant riser, just read a mock with him at the top of 3. Would be a welcome addition if he doesn't go higher.
