then get Smith signed to a 5 year or 6 or franchise him
then sign MJ to a 4 or 5 year or franchise him if we sign Smith and MJ doesnt come to an agreement

then FA Dashon Goldson him and Reggie solid
then we sign Boldin if he gets released
dangle our 2b and a 5th for Revis they dont bite so be it

1 Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, if we dont get Boldin if we do get Boldin, Alec Ogletree or Minter
2a Eddie Lacy
2b if we dont have Revis with this pick we go Khaseem Greene
3 Kyle Long play him at LG

I don't know for sure how much it will take to get Revis, but that would be a great deal for us.

I didn't know Howie Long's son could also play LG.

Say we get Revis and don't get Boldin, who is playing LB for us in 2013? You dont bring in any FA guys or Draft a LB at all.

Our CB group would be looking great (then again could they stay healthy? Revis seems to miss a good amount of time due to injury, then you got Dre, Pacman, Ghee, Allen.), RB improved, WR improved, Im also not sure how much better Long would really be over Boiling or Wharton to be honest.

I like alot of it but im not a huge fan of taking a LG in round 3, if we are taking a OG it better be a top player or I just don't see a big enough margin of improvement over what we have. Also pretty hard to overlook the lack of LBs we could end up with.

they are in salary cap hell and everyone will give a low ball offer we just have to make ours better and like I say my mock isnt based on that trade

Geno

I know they are salary cap hell, but at least one team will offer a first round pick minimum. I don't think all the other teams are going to get together and fix the offers to all be low.

With that said, if Revis is looking for $15+ million, he'll be going to a bad and/or really young team. May be wise to reduce that amount if he hopes to play for a super bowl caliber team, as they will already be tight on funds with other high paid stars.

All this and yet you didnt resolve our LB problems for certain in the draft or FA.No thanks.And trying to get Revis is ridiculous when we can't afford him anyways. Not to mention the TE and S u selected in the draft are both 7th round grades and drafting a OG that early who isn't going to play is not a good pick either IMO. If you're going to draft a OG early take Warford who is a clear upgrade and can start from day 1.

I think Boldin will resign with the ravens for less money after they just won a championship. And as stated Revis is out of the question.So let's say we sign Goldson like you said. In your mock I would have it look something like this.

Exactly, having an awesome secondary isn't worth giving up the pass rush that we already have with our front four.
