Which LB would you pick in Round 1.

Jarvis Jones and Alec Ogletree would be the only two I would think of touching in the first round.

Ogletree would be perfect for us. He is an athletic freak who is projected to be an OLB in the NFL, so he would be a great fit sticking outside of Burfict who will be moved to the MLB position.

My pick despite the whole GF thing is Manti Te'o.
Though he is small I think he would be a good fit in a 4-3 and if he can stay focus on and off the field I could settle with this pick. There other LB's are good as well but I can't make my mind completely up until I see the combine results and hear news on the pro days. I would like to hear everyone's Point of view on the LB situation.

Half that list should not draw first round consideration.

Re-sign Howard to play WLB. Move Burfict to the middle. Sign either DeAndre Levy or Justin Durant in free agency to play SLB. Then draft Hodges in the 4th/5th and continue to groom Lemur and see what we have in Brandon Joiner.

Yep,

A few months ago when we were on our 4 game losing streak i wanted te-o bad. After watching more of his games he is not going to be anything better than an average MLB at best.

Manti Teo will be a Bengal if he's there at 21. I just don't think Marvin will pass and it would be a solid pick because outside the Bama game who has a better body of work thats a natural linebacker.

I dont. Weak at the point of attack. Freak athlete but hodges is a much better value in the third. He can play all three lb pos, rush, and has a non stop motor. Zimmer wants relentless players and we can get a better ogltree in the third with hodges
