Even Titus Young who is better than Megatron got cut for being a scumbag teammate. Sure we have a strong locker room but some guys just think rules don't apply to them and no matter what you do it doesn't make a difference. And if a guy who is uber talented on a team with national title hopes is getting benched... The coach thinks he is making the team better just by removing an ego even though he is replacing a more talented player with someone of lesser talent.

As of right now I have more reason to believe the character red flags on Christine are bigger than what Burfict had to deal with last year.

Check out this article. Like I said before I like Christine Micheal as a prospect and would welcome him with an enormous Who Dey. But to say Gillislee is weak is an opinion at best.

I don't think he ever got out of the doghouse. IMO it shows a coach has zero respect for a player when he gives the senior zero touches in the last game of his career which was played out on the national stage and was a blow out.

I think he is talented. Just concerned about things we don't have answers for.

Would like to avoid cry baby diva me first guys as much as possible.

I also would like to share that I actually study movement. I'm a movement specialist with biomechanics background. So I watch plenty of footage on movement from athletes to dancers. I've always loved football and played in high school so I have followed the game for some time. The last 4 yrs I've really started following the draft and in this time I noticed that running backs where my thing. I could determine which back is most likely to succeed, be injured, how much weight or muscle they'd gain, and sometimes determine style. I say this also with humble thoughts b/c as we all know anything can happen and that there are many variables interfering with a players success.

I was able to watch 3 games this yr of MG and he caught my eye, as did Gio B did last year. I recorded 1 game and analyzed MG. IMHO he will do really well in NFL. Especially for the value he's currently at and for the bengals specific needs.

MG - Vision, cutting, power, patience, acceleration to hole, 2nd gear, passing, balance, low center, balanced muscle ratio between hams and quads, runs with his glutes and hams instead of quads. But I loved his edge and fearlessness which was displayed when blocking. I just think he'd be perfect for Cincy. This doesn't mean other backs are bad, just that I like MG overall. I'd be more than happy to go through some of the backs but I don't know if anyone cares and don't feel like writing a bunch of posts just to hear uneducated bile coming from other fans b/c they just want to B**ch.

Go ahead on. I enjoyed the post and would like to get your opinions on Bernard, Taylor, Lacy, Franklin, etc.

I like him and was hip to him last year but I think he's gonna be drafted way to high considering the other backs available in the draft.

1. I really don't like backs with acl tears already coming into draft. this doesn't mean the back can't be productive, it's just a matter of risk nothing more. Gio already has an ACL tear. So that's a mark against him in my eye.

2. I also think his lower body mechanics are not very good or proportioned. Gio runs using his quads, making him run on his toes, meaning he doesn't have equal hamstring to quad development. This contributes to him having nice lateral ability but not true speed. Gio is quick not fast. Speed needs power which comes from hamstring and gluteus, quick shiftiness comes from being light on the toes. This will also come up when he needs power to run over someone which Gio just doesn't have.

3. Gio has great open field vision which can be displayed on punt returns. But IMO I don't think he has great vision between the tackles. UNC had a great oline and Gio usually ran through nice big openings. He just didn't need the vision in the phone booth with those huge lanes. This all comes back to the type of runner he is, a great open field runner.

4. I also see no pass blocking from this kid. There is something to say about a back who will square up against a defensive end. He just runs past the oline in hopes of getting a pass thrown his way, which usually happens, and does a nice job of. I want a back who will do the dirty work by smashing heads picking up the blitz before he worries about getting the ball thrown his way.

5. Gio also looks like he uses too much wasted movement which IMO is due to lack of patience. I don't think Gio is the most patient runner especially when trying to run behind the oline. Ex. If the lane or hole isn't there Gio starts dancing and bounces outside. He doesn't let the play develop. But since he has nice lateral ability he can usually turn it into a gain. He doesn't have the speed to do this in the NFL. I really think the combine will show his lack of true speed. And a personal pet peeve is watching a back bounce up and down in the backfield before the ball is snapped. Gio does this and it drives me crazy.

6. Gio does look to have decent hands with the ability to run after the catch. (open field vision)


I think Gio is a good runner but I want a back with no ACL injuries, more power, and better pass blocking ability. I also think cincy can get the same "value" in later rounds. I think Gio would be a great back for the Titans zone blocking

Hey Ripchris henry,What are you going to say about our staff when they pick Mike Gillisbee in this draft because at this time, that is about a 65 percent chance that will happen in the 3rd or 4th. We may also get two before its all over.The reason I say this is the staff is seriouly looking at this guy and have already studied him and have scouts on him.Things could change after the combine, but don't be surprised if he becomes a BENGAL.If he does, I would also enjoy seeing Lattimore drafted as well.That would be fantistic.

Comparing Gillislee to Green Ellis is laughable.

Gillislee is known for his quickness and acceleration, BJGE has no acceleration.

The RB's that are standing out to me right now in the 2nd round are Andre Ellington and
Joseph Randle. Would be very happy with either of these 2 but would also be very happy
with either Barner or Gillislee in the 3rd.

I would suggest some research on the Michael situation before you decide he is a cry baby diva. I posted some articles in another thread. Also remember he had a new coaching staff his senior season.
