I hate when a politician (or any speaker for that matter) points with their knuckle and not their finger. I think Clinton started this because the pointing finger was too harsh and might hurt someones feelings... PC BS at it's worst.

Only in time as how we have standardized it. Truthfully speaking, time zones could be broken down into multiple segments, each as tiny as a fraction of a second. So theoretically speaking, if it is 7:43 for you, it is 5 o'clock somewhere.

But we dont do that its in chunks. the only way it can be 5:00 oclock somewhere when its 7:43 is if that clock has stopped working...
