Not trying to be a **** at all; but to the people that actually make decisions, workouts matter a great deal. If Lacy goes sub-4.5 then teams will look at him as the #1 back and he could easily jump into 1.

Not as much as you think. You always hear GMs and personnel guys talk about how film is the most important factor. You don't see a ton of guys jump into the first round or the top 10 based on workouts. It happens, but it's rare.
