Many threads during the 2012 National Football League schedule have listed the snaps of Dre Kirkpatrick which, I am guessing, total fewer than 75.

This is a sad outcome, one that actually allows my Oakland Raider fan who is my best friend the opportunity to laugh as the outcome of the Carson Palmer trade can only deal with potential and no reality.
The Cincinnati Bengals have allowed the Oakland Raiders to acumulate a 12-19 record with no positives for the Cincinnati bengals on the positive side of the ledger.

Very disappointing!
Getting Palmers salary off the books and having a legit QB now in Dalton were the positives. Let Raider fans rationalize the trade all they want...but we made the playoffs twice since it and they made 0.

Kirkpatrick didn't hurt or help the team this season.
Hopefully it will be the like getting an extra first round draft choice next season.

I see our resident bot got triggered, probably by a keyword search or some such thing. As usual, it just spits out semi random words that make little if any sense.

Didn't see this posted anywhere.

I guess Dre had another "clean up" procedure on his knee recently.

This is not looking good for him health wise.

Some of these threads claim " he's a bust! He isn't a good CB and I never thought he was" well unless our DC who alot of people think should be our HC is an idiot I think he will be fine. 6"2 corner with speed and hands? People get injured; stop type bashing a player who hasn't bad the chance to prove himself.

I'm no doctor but I hope it is truly minor with no long term effects.

I'm not a doctor either but multiple operations on the knee isn't good, especially for a guy who will make his living running around and making sharp cuts.

Is getting his knee cleaned out considered an operation?

This and potentionally he has adhesions. They develop after surgery. It is fiberous fasciatic tissue that develops to help heal. It can adhere to bone and muscle, connect , and cause limited movement and cause pain

I'm not a doctor, either. But I know people who've had knee scopes, and I think you can pretty much begin rehab right after the procedure.

If anything, having this done gives me more hope that he'll be fine. It's not another long-term serious surgery, just cleaning up from the way the last one healed. Hopefully he'll be on the field making a difference in 2013.
