same with the 49ers

Nugent is on the franchise tag this year and while he's being paid the average of the top 5 kickers, he hasnt performed like a top 5 kicker and I dont think he's earned a long term contract under his terms. Brown being a waiver wire grab is on a minimum deal and has been perfect so far, he may deserve the long term contract next year although I wouldnt use a half season to give him a long term deal on his terms not to mention he wouldnt get what he made with the Rams

Dalton is not the problem. Sometimes I think the only reason people gripe about him is because they have nothing better to do or simply like to read the word of their own writing, similar to when people complaining just to hear the sound of their own voice.

Brown all the way. Kicker is a "what have you done for me lately" position, and Brown is 6 for 6 with a stronger leg than Nuge.

Plus Nuge has had troubles staying healthy. You don't find kickers as good as Brown on the street very often, so I hope we keep him.

10. Bring back MJ (as long as he doesn't demand elite money) [ x ]

These things need to happen to take the next step
