This could be big for the Bengals next season and for Joiner having a full offseason to get ready for 2013. Was easily a first round talent if not for his criminal record. He has since graduated with honors from Arkansas State. Could be what we thought we were getting in Dontay Moch

Moch could still be that guy if he can get on the damn field.

I think Moch should get one more year (not sure the length of his rookie contract) but if he doesn't perform and/or can't get on the field in 2013 it's time to move on.

I'm the biggest Moch fan on this board. Loved him coming out of college, and wanted him on this team. Moch is a GREAT pass rusher, something that could add another dimension to this team. The D-line is good at getting sacks, but imagine Moch bursting through as well. Teams could no longer double team Atkins or Dunlap because of Moch's speed.

He just needs to stay healthy. That's the biggest issue right now.

I've been a fan from Greg Cook, who many say was the Gale Sayers of QBs but just got hurt and never got a chance, to Andy Dalton.

But look at the last 5 years, not the last 12, and you'll see a huge improvement. You don't seem to realize how much better this team is doing in that area. You talk about being a fan in the past. Greg Cook was a long time ago. Are you up on the current Bengals? Are you really justified in calling them thugs? Most people, the ones paying attention, stopped doing that about three years ago when they saw the Bengals really improving in that area. Also, much of your statistics since 2000 are based on Chris Henry's arrests. Take those out and you have much different statistics. Look at arrests since 2007, the last five years, and see where the Bengals fall.

I didn't think we would. I think he will be an interesting prospect to watch in training camp if he is signed. Low risk-high reward with him.
