Actor Larry Hagman dies @ 81

Best known for playing J.R. Ewing on the long time CBS series "Dallas". Died surrounded by family & friends in a Dallas hospital.

I just saw this. He also was Major Nelson in "I Dream Of Jeannie", for us older guys. Played opposite of my first true love, Barbara Eden and that sexy midriff.

Sorry to see Larry go. Thank you Major Nelson/J.R. Ewing. Man, remember the "Who shot J.R.?" craze. I had a T-Shirt that said "I Shot J.R.".

Ill always be curious why this "Straight" man wasn't tapping that Genie from jumpstreet like a telegraph operator the day Jesse James got murdered. I mean seriously...what writer thought it would be a good idea for Major Nelson to run from that beauty. On a more serious note RIP Mr Hagman..... loved your acting.

I achieved my first wood watching her in that outfit. Look at where TV is today. We thought that was sexy, and it was for the time period, but nothing like todays shows and commercials.

Now whoever says that Barbara Eden wasn't hot needs to turn in their man card. I thought the show was corny, but I still watched it just because of her.

My wife is a serious fan of "Dallas", therefore I've seen just about every episode. I have to say that JR was one of the best TV villains I've ever watched. An absolutely ruthless and calculating snake. Hagman played him terrifically.

Barbara Eden was a major hottie...Elizabeth Montgomery got my motor running, but Genie revved it to max rpm!!!!
