Wow, a lot of unnecessary hate on Dhani.

If he didn't get everyone lined up in the right position to make plays then we wouldn't have the 5th ranked run defense.

Amen !
Dhani gets the young talent in the correct positions to make the plays that they do.
So, I guess he is like a pylon.
In practice, the pylon marks where each players should be.
In the game, Dhani tells them where to be, but makes adjustments to specific formations.

Therefore......

Dhani > Pylon

On Rey, yeah, he'll be fine.

This is correct. His play is declining, but his intelligence is hard to replace.

Exactly! What Dhani lacks in foot speed, he makes up for by being the defensive field general. His time is drawing near, but in the proccess, he is teaching the young guns a lot about being in the right place at the right time on the field. I don't see guys out of position like in years past. Dhani was made the defensive captain for a reason.

Then why you if you have that much faith in him as a coach? Quit questioning everything he is doing because right now he has this defense playing better than it has in years. People cry for years and years about defense this and defense that and we finally have a good one and you want to change the MLB!!!!!!????? The QB of the friggin defense that is playing well??????????

Child please.

Which is exactly why he isn't going anywhere for awhile. football is about 10% physical and 90% mental. What he lacks in his lack of physical ability he makes up for in the mental aspect where he is the most superior LB we have had in stripes since I can remember.

Dhani is an extension of Coach Zimmer on the field. Zim trusts Dhani.

So we take out our MLB that knows the system well and is getting everyone in the correct position for a Rookie that is constantly out of position and costing us yardage?

ya but you have to make plays on the field as well not just tell people where to line up.
Thats what a coach can tell Maualuga from a head set

Maualuga makes plays loves to hit and doesnt give up

Dhani tells you where to stand like i said a coch can teach you that not a guy with a walker and a Bengal uniform

I guess that's why the coaches don't have him doing it.
