Here is what I think the first round of the draft will look like. This is based upon an aggregation of multiple mock draft, big boards and gut feelings.
I did project 1 trade down for the Bengals . No free agency in this draft. It was mainly an exercise in moving the chairs around. 1. Kansas City Chiefs – Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M 2. Jacksonville Jaguars – Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State 3. Oakland Raiders – Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah 4. Philadelphia Eagles – Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia 5. Detroit Lions – Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama 6. Cleveland Browns – Barkevious Mingo, DE/OLB, LSu 7. Arizona Cardinals – Eric Fisher, OT Central Michigan 8. Buffalo Bills – Matt Barkley, QB, Southern California 9. New York Jets – Dion Jordan , OLB, Oregon 10. Tennessee Titans – Damontre Jones, DE, Texas A&M 11. San Diego Chargers –Lane Johnson, OT, Oklahoma 12. Miami Dolphins – Keenan Allen, WR, Cal 13. Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Johnathan Banks, CB, Mississippi State 14. Carolina Panthers – Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri 15. New Orleans Saints – Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia 16. St. Louis Rams – Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama 17. Pittsburgh Steelers – Jonathan Cooper, G, North Carolina 18. Dallas Cowboys - Ezekiel Ansah, DE, BYU 19. New York Giants – Datone Jones, DE, UCLA 20. Chicago Bears - DJ Fluker, OT, Alabama 21. Houston Texans – Cordarelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee (Trade from Cincinnati) 22. St. Louis Rams – Kenny Vaccaro, FS, Texas 23. Minnesota Vikings - Arthur Brown, LB, Kansas State 24. Indianapolis Colts – Johnathan Jenkins, NT, Georgia 25. Seattle Seahawks – Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame 26. Green Bay Packers – Eddie Lacy, RB, Alabama 27. Cincinnati Bengals – Alec Ogletree, OLB/ILB, Georgia 28. Denver Broncos – Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State 29. New England Patriots – DeAndre Hopkins, WR, Clemson 30. Atlanta Falcons – Giovani Bernard, RB, North Carolina 31. San Francisco 49ers – Matt Elam, SS, Florida 32. Baltimore Ravens – Manti Te’o, LB, Notre Dame The rest of the Bengals Draft: 2. Robert Woods, WR, USC 2b. Montee Ball, RB, Wisconsin 3. Will Davis, CB, Utah State 3b. Shawn Williams, SS, Georgia (acquired from trade with Texans) 4. Gerald Hodges, OLB, Penn State 5. Michael Williams, TE, Alabama 6. Cornelius Washington, DE, Georgia 6b Garrett Gilkey, OG, Chadron State 6(comp) Kerwynn Williams, RB, Utah State Priority Free Agents: Sean Renfree, QB, Duke MarQueis Gray, WR, Minnesota LaAdrian Waddle, OT, Texas Tech Kenny Tate, OLB, Maryland J.T. Could definitely see a team like the Texans or Falcons trading up. Falcons need pass rush, and the Texans are probably looking for an ILB/WR. Would have been fantastic to get A.Brown there, but I'll take this.

Re: Burma's Pre Combine full first round
Great Draft! Hope Ogletree falls that far. I dont even know if he will make it to 21!

I like the Bengals' draft except for Ball. Give me five Wisconsin OLinemen but no Wisc. RB's. Maybe Ball breaks the mold, but he has been ridden awfully hard already.

I hope he does as I think he is a very dynamic player. But if he is gone I would not hesitate to trade back for more 2nd and 3rd round choices.

Indeed trying to predict Bengals picks a crap shoot, let alone a full draft, but, as previously stated, feasible this one seems.
I like Bengals picks...replace Gillislee with Ball and I would like it more. Why not Gillslee over Ball? I do hope the Bengals trade down. Unless there really a compelling case...say for the best Guard/Center in the draft...Cooper...please God... I like that Honey Badger...I know he is not popular here but...damn. Some say too slow? I saw him out run quite a few SEC special teams and offensive units while scoring TDs. Too small? I saw him tackle this mocks 5th pick...form tackle...place him on his back. Unlike most here I appreciate MB's affinity for guys like him. I think if he interviews well, knows he is on a short leash, and has guys like Hall and Newman to player coach him up...it is a win starting at our 3rd pick (again, hopefully, we have multiple). |

Looks pretty solid but I would like to say that I am not nearly as sold on all of the Georgia defenders as others especially at the LB position.
I watched Michigan move it up and down the field on that D and I also watched Yelden and Lacey run all over the Jones's,Ogletree, and their Safties...just pointing out an observation about Georgia's D as a whole. Other than that not a terrible draft all in all. Love, love, love Fear and Loathing!

If Patterson is still there when our pick rolls around i really hope we grab him...but if they aren't in love with him the trade back is a good move. looks like you had 5-6 players available when we pick that i really like as our 1st rounder so moving back 6 spots you are in good shape to pick up the extra pick and still get a solid player in 1. other than that im not a fan of Ball considering our RB situation. the rest is nice!

I'd take Patterson, too, if he was there. But the draft is pretty decent. I really question Ball, though. Not a lot of speed, and I think that's what we need.

I think I'd rather stay at 21 and take Patterson for ourselves. Or Vaccaro.

I love how lb is our biggest need and people want a stupid receiver.Receiver is not our top 3 needs. They are lb,s,rb and then probably another lb.I think before you people start chanting for a receiver give the ones we drafted last year a chance.

I have a hard time believing that Arthur Brown goes off the board before Ogletree.

not through the draft they don't, and besides the play calling was shotty at best this season, better off bringing in a good FA like hartline, amendola, bowe, ect, let them help coach up the young guys sanu/jones/whalen/baby hawk, should focus on lb's, safety, a good young rb(personally i like joseph randle and zac stacy for different reasons) and some oline depth, i would allow robinson to start center, he did well this past season after they let faine walk

Montee Ball will be a good-great back in the NFL. Watch and see.

Nearly every scouting service I have looked at has him as a mid 2nd round guy.Come to think of it, I don't recall seeing him outside of the 2nd round at all, except on Walter Football. Thanks, I really enjoy making full first mocks. And I also think Ball is going to be a very good/great NFL back. The most apt comparison to an NFL player I have seen for him was Curtis Martin.

Reggie Wayne was a #2 WR for YEARS and made around that much. Not saying these guys are in his league but that's about what they get nowadays. |

you want to bank on wasting another high pick on a wr, guys like aj green dont come around very often, sanu and jones both looked good this year, they stopped throwing the ball to hawkins who is a legit playmaker with the ball, we dont need to draft another reciever this year unless it is a mid to late round steal, wr is one postition that takes longer to adjust to at the nfl level, bringing in another young guy would only take away from sanu and jones getting valuable reps

I want you to hear this.It takes most receivers 2 years to develope.Give the receivers another year before wanting to replace them. It's just bs to want to replace players after 1 year.Im also not saying not to draft a receiver but not in the first 2 rounds when lb and s are the bigger needs. Our offense struggled because of Dalton and his lack of accuracy on deep balls and his stuggles at moving around in the pocket to avoid sacks. If Dalton can't move this offense with Green and Gresham as well as BJGE rushing for 100+ yards a game and still not moving the ball on a regular basis and you think a receiver is going to make a big difference. The players themselves need to step it up.

I don't see it and its not because of his ton of carries.
