What a stupid comment.
Maybe the fact he played what 20 snaps this past year?

Hall to S is dumb. Maybe when he's older and slower, but now? No. Just no

Hobson's quote is on the first page. So I was basing it on that. I agree that I wouldn't like it but like I said, if they draft a corner in the first....Somebody is going to play safety cuz that would make three first round players, one in their prime Dre and now another, if they did go that route as Hobson and Lewis' draft history does indicate.

So it's just a hypothetical, speculative discussion based on something the team's staff writer said. Ya know, kind of exactly the sort of stuff a message board is for.

People kill me. Even when the consensus of the thread pretty much lines up with what they think, they complain that the thread even exists.

Personally I'm hoping we sign a SS and draft one of the top two centers in the first, preferably after trading down.

Agreed.

I think a conceptual discussion would be in a passing league, do you need 2 safeties out there or could you play 3 CB's and 1 Safety?

Or perhaps, play 3 CB's, 1 Safety in the secondary and move a guy like Mays to LB on passing downs to cover the TE.
