What players should be "fired"?

Dalton excluded because my thread, my rules.

So other than him, what players should go and be replaced? And be realistic here, can't get rid of half the starters.

Ill start with 5 players.

- Rey M. needs to go.
- Cook needs to go, or get a new contract while an upgrade is brought in to compete (unless Robinson improves to be the hands down starter)
- Leonard & Bernard (upgrade both running back spots at all costs for flexibility)
- Tate - we can upgrade his roster spot in return game & at backup WR.

Think you guys hit the big ones. I'd bring someone in to compete with Gresham; he's too expensive to just cut unless we're sure we have a replacement. Dude's just gotta catch a ball from time to time, though.

I didnt mention Gresham because he was the 2nd "best" receiver we had this season. Granted I dont think he is all that due to his drops & fumbles this season, but unless we can find someone better to replace him, I don't see how we can get rid of him either.

He's just so frustrating. Stright out of the gates tonight, dropped pass in the first series. When we really needed to come out strong.

I would rather a lesser talent that is more reliable.

I think Sanu, Jones, and Baby Hawk are all better than Gresham but we do need someone to replace. However, the first two may end up being way better next year since they are all rookies.

Gresham smokes to much pot.Rey is an alcoholic and Andre eats to much. Save the money and place it in players that wanna be GREAT,work hard , and be winners. Andy is fine as a back-up!

Millz I've been a huge Gresh fan, he's been in my sigs, he's flashed greatness at times.

But in the end his head just isn't in the game all the time. He's lazy running routes at times. He's lazy blocking, he has a penalty in every game, he's getting worse at drops every game, and the list goes on.

I'd light a fire under his butt in the pre-season next year and list him as the 5th string TE and he'd earn his way back on the field with max sweat or not at all ! !

I heard Zampese speak at a seminar and he was terrible. He seems to be a terrible QB coach, too.
