Let's not get all paranoid guys. Our military and police force are made up of good standing American citizens. Yea there may be a bad apple here or there, but unless they truly percieved a threat to other American's living in the vicinity, they won't knock down your door and send you to concentration camps. We're no longer a society that needs to fight our revolutions with guns. We fight our revolutions at a ballot.

Either they're doing more than they're saying, or the guy doesn't know what martial law means. Increasing enforcement and asking for IDs isn't the same as the central government, or even a local government, suspending rights. They aren't saying people can't be out, or that anyone out will be arrested just on that fact.
