We did it before and look how that turned out in the playoffs, it's time to take a new and better approach to this

we've played games where players don't get hurt, let's find out what it's like to enter the playoffs with a win and momentum for once because benching it out and losing sure as hell hasn't done any good

was anyone happy in 2009 when we lost but Carson Palmer remained healthy?

Ya know... I thought Marvin said thanks to the players for bailing me out of his bonehead moves?

If he really wants to thank them he'll stop doing them.

Sitting them out would be the first right move.

That 09' team was soley built around the run game and nothing else.

Carson and company were terrible and our D line s***** as a whole.

They got manhandled by the Jets dominant O-line at the time.

It would not have mattered if they went "full go" or not the last regular season game.

They were doomed in that playoff game.

and how far did that get us in the playoffs?? the chicken strategy hasnt gone very far in the playoffs and if you like losing in the playoffs with no momentum then this plan is for you, people can get hurt taking a shower or brushing their teeth, should that be avoided too?

this team is one and done if they do this again and everybody knows it, teams win in the playoffs with winning and momentum entering the playoffs, and for once we have both. If we want rest, we can have it if we win at least 4 more games

Good choice by Marv. The defense has probably earned some time off, but the offense needs to get it together.

exactly, nobody is gonna play 60 minutes but 2-3 quarters would be perfect and with the Ravens having the better playoff scenario by losing this game, I dont see them doing very much where Dalton and the Offense can get back on track and start rolling again into the playoffs

My question is if we play the starters 2 quarters and go into the half up 10-7 or something like that do you still pull them and give up the game? If we are going to rest players rest them, if we are going to play them then we should just play them. We should not treat it as a preseason game, we should put the team we want to finish the game at the opening snap.

We are starting our guys according to Marvin..

Is Thompson & Kirkpatrick going to be active?. We need to rotate them in and see if they can make an impact & see if we can use them in the playoffs..
