I get more hugs daily from different people than you get in a week. Just today I received... 7 hugs, all from DIFFERENT people. And today was a slow day. Yesterday (Thursday), that number was 13.

I don't know I'm a teacher so I get a lot of hugs throughout a day. Probably why this time of year my nose starts to run for months. Some of those hugs are even from "special" people that momdance referred to me as in a previous thread.
Maybe under rep points we should have hug counts.

No leaders do that until what needs said is said. So your telling me your boss just looks at you when you screw up. If it's an obvious problem put it out there and solve it. That's what leaders do solve the problem. Any less and i wouldn't want lead by that person.
