I LOVE making chili. I only make Cincy style though. Not a huge fan of Texas style mainly bc of the beans. I'd like try the pb sandwich not sure it would taste the same in Cincy style? I do the grilled cheese in tomatoe soup, too. I only eat as much tomato soup as my gc soaks up, the rest goes down the drain.

Nice twist. I always use 50/50 ground beef and sausage in my chili. Cornbread is a must as well...I always put my chili over some hot cornbread. Also, I'm not a fan of kidneys so I use pintos......talk about your 4 alarm magic.... its always a fight for the leftovers.

My wife knows better than to make chili, and no corn bread, with no sugar, don't like corn-cake.
