Chargers fire Norv Turner, GM Smith
Turner went 55-40 in 6 seasons, leading the Chargers to 3 playoff appearances in his first 3 seasons, including an AFC Championship game appearance following the 2007 season. Struggled the next 3 seasons going 24-24 and missing the playoffs each of the last 3 seasons.

If someone poaches Jay Gruden, Norv Turner would be a great choice for offensive coordinator in Cincinnati.

Two names being rumored for the job are Colts offensive coordinator Bruce Arians and ex Cardinals head coach Ken Whisenhunt.
