Truck is right because I remember, Nuge going 7 for 11 in FGs down the stretch.

2010 he ended the season on IR.

Yup true. And if the coaches stay bullheaded and still start Cook, hopefully he will play better than he has since he has come off of IR.

Why would Cook start playing better now. He got owned for years. We blamed the LG, and RG, because they sunk also. Now we see Cook was not the anser, he was part of the problem.

Robinson needs to start, Cook needs to set. End of Story.

Only Mike Brown would franchise a kicker.
I see Josh Brown getting an invite to training camp and likely beating Nugent out of the job next season. I've been wrong before though.

If I remember correctly...there was a good 4-5 kickers that got the franchise tag this year beside Nuge.

Im not saying that kickers should get the shaft in big money deals, but a majority of these guys are extremely lucky to be on a professional team. Think about it, close to 100 kickers come out of the NCAA every year, and maybe 20 get lucky to see work at NFL training camps. Id be happy just to be making the league minimum to kick.
