Sorry had to put it out there.
We have to do something on O, it is un watchable. All Pro WR, top 10 TE, good enough QB, Hawk, Charles. What the heck is going on during the week? The O has looked the same for five weeks now. At what point does AJ and the D get a little ******? |

Dalton finally started to get the ball out of his hands on his last drive. I don't put the blame on Gruden, i put the blame on Dalton for not throwing the ball and timing it when the reciever does his route.

When I watch other teams and their offenses, it seems they do more with less. Not sure they actually are though. Our division has 3 great defenses roaming it's fields. Ours, Steelers, and Ravens. Now with that being said, the Ravens had success moving the ball against us. Pittsburg usually does as well. I believe if we had a OC that equalled our DC, we would be able to move tha ball with the players we have. Perhaps in time, Jay will be able to do this as well but how long do we give him. Question is, how long will MB and ML give him?

Why draft a center when he won't get a chance anyways? Robinson played as good as anyone could have asked, and Cook is still starting. The problem isn't the talent, it's the coaches.

I'm with the OP, Barrett Jones OC with our late pick in round 1, he would start over either Cook or Boling. That player would then be his backup.
Drafting an OG or OC round 3 or later will not likely be an upgrade. I think the Bengals would convert a few more of those 3rd and short situations with an upgrade of the interior line. |
