HALO 4 - Forward unto Dawn

Has anyone been watching the Halo 4 - Forward unto Dawn Webisodes?

these are live action episodes from the halo universe and they are pretty good. (10$ mil dollar budget)

Before halo 3 they released the Land Fall live action video now they have 5 episodes about 17 minutes each the 5th one releasing tomorrow.

I myself just watched the first 4 last night and they were amazing. I know the Special edition of the game is coming with a 90 minute live action movie which im hoping isnt these webisodes but cant see it being anything else.

Anyways if your a fan of the halo series or even if your just a little curious check these out you wont be disappointed.

The fight begins on election Day. And halo has my vote.

Yeah its a great thing and shows what a dumb idea it was to cancel the movie. Land fall was great (for halo 3) And this so far as been really good Ive really enjoyed it. And one of the most exciting parts of Halo 4 is the Spartan ops. something like 10 Episodes 50 missions all free that will release weekly for the first year i believe.

Spartan Ops is a separate story-centric multiplayer campaign for four players that is unique to Halo 4.

The missions of Spartan Ops will be divided into seasons which will each last a total of ten weeks. Each week, starting with the week Halo 4 is release, five new missions will be available within Spartan Ops. This provides a grand total of fifty missions per season. Each mission is introduced with a high-quality cinematic video which will debrief the players. These missions will be free of cost.

A youtuber calculated the overall gametime (gameplay spent total) in one series of spartan ops (Using Elamite's statement that each mission is approx. 15min long). He calculated that in one season, or two months, you get 12h30 of actual playtime, not including the episodic cutscene.

My friends going to be at the midnight release. I'll probably get the game in a week or two if he likes it. I wasn't to happy with Halo: Reach or Halo 3. Halo 1 was my favorite and the 2nd one was pretty good as well.

Weird seeing a new Halo release arrive without sloppy on here talking it up. I can remember him defending the arrival of ODST hard against the haters.

I'll be getting 4 eventually myself...I much prefer Halo to the COD series.

ODST was easy to hate This coming from a die hard Halo fan.

The best part of ODST was the Halo 3 Multiplayer disc with all the DLC included.
(and that Captain Malcom and Jane from Firefly had lead roles - even though they have both done voices in almost every halo game)

Also Dont Forget.... If you have Halo Anniversary. find all the terminals & write down the codes at the end of the videos use the codes to unlock the videos in halo waypoint unlock all 10 and you get an 11th video. (shows 343's interactions with the covenant)

Halo Reach i thought was a cool Idea as far as the story goes. Wish they would have show'd more of how the spartans were developed and trained but that might be for the movie. Halo Reachs biggest achievement was its multiplayer system it was great.

Agreed.... Although nothing will top my love for the orginial. the multiplay is better than Reachs and the Graphics are stunning.
