That was a joke.

That is a fine compliment.
Agreed. Why draft some head case from Texas A&M when you can have a guy that a respected coach says is the best RB he has coached in 20 years as well as a great person.

Ellington was hurt. He is a lot faster than 4.59.

Barner I thiught would run faster, but when you get down in the 4.4 range that is plenty fast enoiugh for any RB. So even though he was not as afst as I thiought he is still plenty fast.

I disagree.

Franklin impressed me more than just about any other RB I watched during the season.

If we don't get Lacy or Bernard, he may be the only other guy I'd be really interested in.

Makes me feel a little nast to agree with Bull, but he is right. Franklin is a great pass blocker, runs faster than most of the RBs at the combine, can run inside and outside, doesn't fumble much, and catches the ball well.

I don't have one single RB that i am in love with. There are a few I would be satisfied with. But Franklin has moved very close to the top of my list.

Any video links you could share?

The stuff about him on youtube isn't impressive.

I didn't get to see any UCLA games.

Franklin is working his way up the draft boards. He's folllowed a good Seniorbowl up with a good showing at the combine.

Think Zac Stacey will end up being the best value in the 3rd round. Want him or Franklin there.

I get what you are saying, but we'll have to agree to disagree here. Even if it's a deep running back class & with good skills, right now, for me, you could throw a dice and pick anyone. I haven't seen any backs I love in this crop. Maybe Lattimore, but it's more of an intrigue than an interest. Will see if I change my mind before draft day.
