his is a warning to anyone thinking about buying a jersey from Weikitrade. This will take a while, but please read before you waste any money ordering a product from them. I am sorry that this is so long, but you will understand when you have read all of it. Please show some kindness to your other board members and don’t quote this entire thing. Also my person email appears thoughout this, you can write to me if you want.
This past February I purchased two Jerseys from Weikitrade; a Dalton for myself and an Odom for my son. Both jerseys were listed on their web page, I filled out the information for them and paid through PayPal. The total came to $75, two jerseys at $25 each, and $50 for shipping. I got them about two weeks later and only removed the Dalton jersey, because the Odom jersey was for my son’s birthday.
When my son opened his give he did have a #98 Jersey, but the name on the back was “MIKAELE”. This was really bad because not only was it my son’s birthday give, but I had no idea who this player was. I immediately wrote to Weikitrade Kenny and explained the problem, he responded asking for a pic of the Jersey, which I immediately sent him.
He told me that he would replace the Jersey with anything I’d like; I then asked for a #97 Atkins Jersey. The next email I got from them explained that they didn’t have any “Atkins” jerseys, but when they got some in he would send one to me “As part of my next order”. This guy actually expected me to order and pay for another jersey and shipping so he could include the Atkins jersey. Below is the actual emails, I will have the actually emails bold and in Italics. WOW, this is unbelieveable. I've never had this kind of problems with your company before. Like I've said in the past this was a birthday gift for my son. He actually wanted a Bengals Carlos Dunlap or Geno Atkins jersey. When I saw you had Green-Ellis I decided that would be alright too. All of your competitors have Atkins or Dunpap Jerseys an I've come very close to ordering from them, but I wanted to see if you would make your mistake right. I don't believe I should have to make a "New" order to get what is owed me. I paid for a Jersey and shipping and it was not the CORRECT Jersey. You should send me what I request and not charge me a dime anything for the jersey or for shipping. This was YOUR mistake.

I am not planning on buying another jersey from you company until this is resolved. This was a mistake made on your end and needs to be corrected as soon as possible. I should not have to pay shipping again since I received the wrong jersey. I have always been happy in the past with your jerseys, but I'm not going to spend any more money until I know you will make things right with this problem.

You can see on the order that I ordered a Cincinnati Bengals #98 Black Odom Jersey, and I was sent a #98 Black Mikaele Jersey. Enough of this messing around I want this corrected immediately. If your paypal is not working then you can not receive any order at all correct? So, that means that anyone that wants to order a jersey from you now has to wait or can't do it.
