Dalton is ok but he's not a Superbowl QB.
It's that same kind of idiotic thinking that got Drew Brees out of San Diego.

jBullcrap, cook is not a good center, he is a serviceable center. He got beat alot from pressure up the middle BEFORE HE WAS INJURED.The guy is okay, not great. He cannot handle fast defenders up the middle for the most part and if he is the starter next season, we will struggle unless he figures out a way to pick up his game.We Need a dominate CENTER.and another lineman in this draft.

Our QB will never be a drew brees. He will be a HOF.Andy is a different type of qb.Can he be a super bowl type of winning qb??? Sure he can.But he has to figure out what his strengths are with the help of a top coach that can help him use his best talents. That is the key.Coming out of TCU, he was suppose to be a very accurate qb.I have not seen alotof that, but its not all his fault. Some of it is his O-line not giving him enough time, and its not going to get any easier with this up-coming schedule.Must upgrade this line, get a running back that is super fast and can get a 1st down, another receiver, another pass rusher, a linebacker that can stop the run and first and foremost, a super good safety in this draft.I would get my safety with the 21st pick and go get the best one in this draft and be done with it.

During the playoff when it counts the most, our defense could not pressure the qb at all unless zim brought the house. We need to draft a dominate pass rusher that can play right away in a rotation form. Our defense was good last season, but needs to get better.Against Houston, we could not get to the qb with our front 4 or front 7.It stunk not to put the qb on the ground.

Oh you know that for sure now, do you? Can I have next week's Power Ball numbers? I'm a bit broke and have to move soon, you see.

Also, proper spacing would make your posts a bit easier to read.

I realize I'm coming off as rude, but I mean come on - this whole 'write off the only QB in Bengals history to go to the playoffs in his first two years and the first QB since Kenny Anderson to take the Bengals to the playoffs in back-to-back years despite his offense being a patchwork monstrosity akin to Frankenstein's monster after two years' attitude is getting pretty god damned old.

Hey, big papakain

YOU are misreading what i said on this post.I am not slamming our qb.I said I was in his corner, but he needs someone else to work with him on certain things. I am not kicking him out the door, go back and read what i said. You cannot compare qbs to one another is all I said. I want andy dalton to be successful and I have said that all year.I can compare his strengths and weaknesses as well as you can. Most on here agree he has to get better and thats all i said.I am glad he is here. Now its time to get better. And our 2012 seasons games was half won by our defense, dude. Our team did not score many points most of the season.Take a chill pill, brother,no one is on here to offend you or anyone else.
And proper spacing on here is a waste, but I will try to do that more often, but it just takes too long.Don't read it, your choice.I been with this team since it was formed.Forty-five years.I think I know a little bit.I do believe you misread what i said.I like our qb.He needs to work on some things, that is all i said.

Andy Dalton IS a franchise QB, and will prove all the naysayers wrong this year
Lets all hope or qb has a great year and I believe he will. He knows what he has to work on and I hear he is doing just that at his home in Texas. All of us want him to ball-out in 2013 and I believe he will be better as they are working on putting more playmakers around him.Andy is a fierce player and hates to lose.I see him getting better.Lets hope so.Look at this schedule and whos coming to town. Its going to be wild for sure.Again, I am not slamming our qb,I am just pointing out he has to get better with his pocket present,decision-making and leading players. And he will.
