I don't see Marvin ever getting fired, but there is a slight possibility he could be promoted to a GM type position.

Now if that ever happened there would be some interesting scenarios.

Yes--I think Marvin is the reason we have all this defensive talent. I don't necessarily think he's the best coach in the world though. But I think he knows how to ID potential talent on defense. Key word--DEFENSE.

I would like to see reid take a year off or go to an OC position short term first... this would be a good fit for him as an OC if gruden left.

no play off victory here and his days are extremely numbered as HC especially when potentially losing zim.
