Man there's gonna be alot of disappointed fans when we don't bring in a WR via free agency and do not draft one in the at least the frist three rounds.

As fro the thread title and the OP, it would be much more accurate if you had titled it "An entirely subjective and personal view of the receiving corp". As a fan doing fan analysis (which was obviously the case), the OP was neither objective nor realisitc as a whole.

It was. Because its the truth.

You are obviously the dense one, because Chad was all about the team in2009. And he had a phenomenal season.
I love how Chad haters forget about 2009. He had 1047 yards and 9 td's in 15 games, in an offense that hardly passed the ball. Honestly, I don't think the Ocho stuff had anything to do with his drop in production in '08 (shoulder injury, 12 games with Fitzpatrick) or '10 (taking a backseat to TO, age) either. People just like to simplify things.

Offseason checklist:

1. Fire Paul Alexander [ ] didn't happen
2. Let Maualuga go, move Burfict to MLB [ ] didn't happen
3. Sign a veteran WR [ ]
4. Draft a speed back high [ x ]
5. Draft a SS high [ x ]
6. Drop Lawson, draft a replacement [ x ]
7. Draft a center and let him battle with Cook & Robinson [ ]
8. Let Clements go [ x ]
9. Bring back Andre Smith [ x ]
10. Bring back MJ (as long as he doesn't demand elite money) [ x ]

These things need to happen to take the next step

I would have loved to have heard these boards while many of the premier QBs in the league were struggling thru their early seasons and not even being close to what Dalton has done already.
You give Dalton way too much credit, for things the defense, and AJ. Green did.

One year sure as hell don't make a career for a player, if so we have had a lot of players that should be in the H.O.F.
