Been there done that! Not me in particular, but fans in general. It is a waste of time. He called all of us a THEME. Do you not remember this? Stop going to the games and you will get his attention, until that happens he will continue with the norm. He only cares about the bottom line and that is money. Nothing more and nothing less.

Thanks for making it clear how much more inept things have been.

Watch out now, you don't want to go questioning super-perfect fan mulligan. He's much better than all of us, and he let's us know it
My point is that the last 30 years haven't been much worse (in terms of consistancy) than the all of the previous years.

Yet, MB is the devil to many. And PB is a god.

He was a god. In his day. Knute Rockne's way wouldn't work today either.

I guess I am the self-appointed super-perfect fan.

As such, your post was idiotic, illegal, and against the code of conduct.

If someone has to tell you that jesting about getting someone killed is illegal, then you are both ignorant and a moron.

PS: Cursing is also against the Code of Conduct.

Perhaps you don't know how to get to the code of conduct.

If so, please enlighten yourself and read it.

If you think Mike Brown's last 22 years weren't any worse than Paul Brown's 22 years, then I don't know what to tell you. Paul Brown's Bengals had to compete with the Steelers' dynasty teams in the 70's, and he still managed back to back winning seasons 4 times in our first 15 years of existance. That's 8 winning seasons right there. That's not including other winning seasons. Then we had 2 superbowls in the 80's. To me, that's pretty consistent.

2. Let Maualuga go, move Burfict to MLB [ ] didn't happen
3. Sign a veteran WR [ ]
4. Draft a speed back high [ x ]
5. Draft a SS high [ x ]
6. Drop Lawson, draft a replacement [ x ]
7. Draft a center and let him battle with Cook & Robinson [ ]
8. Let Clements go [ x ]
9. Bring back Andre Smith [ x ]
10. Bring back MJ (as long as he doesn't demand elite money) [ x ]

These things need to happen to take the next step

We've won 4 games or less 9 times in the past 22 years. Glory days!

Hey, it seems to me that most on these boards aren't happy with 2 playoff appearances in 3 years.

It also seems that most state that if the Bengals aren't able to have back-to-back winning season, then this team is a joke.

I just find it odd that prior to MB taking ownership of the Bengals, the Bengals already struggled to have back-to-back winning seasons.

Seriously, from 1968 - 2012, it has happened 4 times: '72/73. 75/76/77, & 81/82.

Another interesting note: Boomer Esiason never QB'd a team that had back-to-back winning records.

The preceeding 22 years (1968 - 1990), the Bengals had won 4 games or less 6 times. Glory days!

I'm going to compose a letter to Mike Brown and mail it to him at

Cincinnati Bengals
Attn: Mike Brown
One Paul Brown Stadium
Cincinnati, OH 45202

In that letter, I'm going to make the best case I can make as to why he needs to fire the current coaching staff and then step down himself, unless he's willing to hire a competent GM and a head coach with a winning track record in the NFL.

I hope you'll all consider doing the same, and encourage everyone you know to do the same.

Maybe if he gets 300+ letters, he might do something.

WHO DEY!

Good luck, Mike Brown didn't even respond when we sent him the invitation to his Award Ceremony at Molly Malones, Mike Brown can't be bothered by us in the peanut gallery

Yes it's great ain't it ! Sorta like Joe Blow went to Daytona and tried to qualify but couldn't quite go fast enough to make the race.

Fans stopped going to games in 2011, and the Bengals went to the playoffs.

Perhaps, the absence of Cincinnati fans reduced the negative vibe at PBS and actually served to assist the Bengals in going to the playoffs.

In 2012, the commiserate fans returned along with their negative vibe thus hurting the Bengals chances at winning.

Maybe.
That's it!!!! The coaches and players are SHY!! Let's all stay home from the games and they will surely win!
