Zombie Music Fest - Grand Forks, North Dakota will host the Third Annual Zombie Music Fest this weekend. This year featuring the KISS Tribute Band, and STRUTTER, whose act is complete with blood-spitting, pyrotechnics, smoking guitars and fire-breathing. Be sure to wear your white jeans.

March of the Zombies - Or more appropriately, the Zombie March will be held Oct. 6th, at Happy Hollow Park in Iowa City. The Seventh Annual Event will have a Las Vegas theme this year and will help raise funds for local groups. Past charities have included the Humane Society of Johnson County, the Iowa Center for Aids Resource and Education, and the Iowa City Hospice.

The after party will feature performances by the Rocking Dead, DJ Daddyhoffmonsterpants and the Surf Zombies. Admission is free for zombies, $5 or $3 with a non-perishable food item for non-zombies.

Put on your best Zombie and join in the March!

AMC's series The Walking Dead captures huge chunk of viewer ratings. Scoring a 10.9 million viewers on it's premiere night even without the Dish Network viewership due to the controversial decision by Dish Newtork not to carry the smash AMC series.

Zombie Beer!

The mud, the blood, and the beer, flowed in the twin cities Sunday. At Midway Stadium, Minnepolis-Saint Paul, the largest gathering of Zombies in the Nation took place where an estimated 30,000 Zombies were present for the festivities. Dubbed the 8th Annual Twin Cities Zombie Pub Crawl, it even featured a special Zombie Beer brewed in honor of the Zombies. I'm sure a head count will be issued once the heads are located. The "Brain Belt Cranium" beer, was a limited edition replacement for "Grain Belt Premium," created by August Schell Brewing Company, specifically for a night when the living dead come out to feast on flesh and, more importantly, to drink.

This just in... Ticka-ticka-ticka-ticka-ticka-ticka-ticka...

Reports coming out of China indicate yet another Zombie attack has taken place. On October 8th, a half naked shovel wielding man in Foshan City, attacked a woman pushing her into a corner and chewing on her face. She broke away and he chased her down the street with a shovel.
When Police arrived, the man started biting the Police Officer's arm and then attempted to jump on a passing truck but missed and Police were able to subdue the man. The Zombie assailant was identified as a "rag picker" from Zhanjiang City in Guangdong Province.

This is the second Zombie incident in China in four months.

I have no firearms, nor no firearm training.
I have no sporting goods (i.e. bats) or landscaping tools (i.e. shovels) or tools (i.e. sledgehammer).
I'm in better shape than I was, but I'm still out of shape.
I don't have too many shirts with long sleeves.
I would try to help every human I came across.
I would be fascinated by zombies and would want to see them up close.
I've played and watched waaaaaaaay too many zombie games and movies and would try to kill every zombie I saw.

The two got into an argument on whether or not "The Walking Dead" could actually happen so he shot her over it, lol. He's in jail and will be brought up on charges for attempted murder and assault.

I hardly believe the maulings, or Zombie like attacks, in China were the result of Bath Salts, and in fact the perps in two cases were both drunk. So perhaps beer or alcohol isn't so safe after all. But they were not because of Bath Salts.

One was a drunken bus driver that stopped a woman in a car, and started chewing her face off, the other was a "rag handler?", drunk and stopped a woman walking down the street and started chewing her face off.
