Just thought I would give some optimism for Sunday, Bengals 10-5 on the road with Dalton. However as we know 0-1 in Pitt. Lets make it 1-1.
Dalton has made Gruden look good at times, now it's time for Gruden to call the game of his career with the Bengals. Lets hope he has spent the last week figuring out how to help his QB, OL, and WR's be a productive unit. I wish Sunday would get here cause I can't focus on anything else. |

Interesting stat as 4/5 of those losses are from the AFC North, only other loss being week 2 of last year at Denver to Kyle Orton lol. We haven't won in Denver since 1975 btw, 9 straight losses ! |

Definitely a game for Dalton, Gruden, and Lewis to show what they're capable of.
Dalton needs to smoke the Steeler defense. Gruden needs to frickin' ADJUST when the Steelers adjust. Sure, Gruden can conjure a gameplan, but thus far when a team counters him Gruden has had NO ANSWER. He's gonna have to have some answers this Sunday. Lewis needs to win a big game when the season is on the line. He hasn't done that yet. In Lewis's three playoff appearances, those spots were won with plenty of wiggle room left in the season. In 2005, Cincy had 3 games left. In 2009, Cincy had the last 6 games. In 2011, Cincy had the top seed in the conference after 8 games and got in with a 3-5 record the rest of the way. This year is different. This is 2006 all over again. Gotta beat Pittsburgh to get into the playoffs (even though it's technically possible to get in if we lose; this is about standing up and beating somebody). Time to redeem, Lewis. Pitt is wounded, limping, vulnerable. Cincy is on a roll. CAN. NOT. LOSE. THIS. GAME. |

it should be illegal for your home feild advantage to be a mile in the air.

It is time for the entire team to pull together and unleash a severe butt whooping on the steelers Sunday at ketchup field.
Directly in front of the home crowd for their viewing pleasure. . Statement Game ! ![]()

Makes me wonder if we the fans can do anything to improve the home game record. Showing up would be an obvious start...

chearing at the Right times would help. Rocking the jungle would help. We dont provide a good home field advantage compared to many stadiums/ Fans But the fact they are winning on the road is pretty impressive. and so far dalton has proven capable of Beating most teams outside of the division now we need to ones in the division... so far Its like the opposite of 2009 (where we only won 4 games outside the AFCN)

If we utilize the outside and use Orsen and Gresham we will do fine offensively. BJGE and Peerman should also have a good game.
My concern is Worthlessbooger and his backyard shenanigans. If we can actually get the tackles and hits in on him we should be fine. Also need to shut down Bettis 2.0 (dwyer) |

I honestly believe that Dalton and the rest of the young players are more comfortable on the road because they feel there is less pressure on them. They will loosen up after taking out a division rival for a playoff spot on Sunday though and then another one the following week at home.

Out of curiosity. If the Ravens drop 2 losses and we pick up both wins. Do we play them again in the playoffs or will Indy be the 5 seed?

So in your scenario. I believe we get the Colts as the 4th seed. (unless some weird Tie breaker between colts and Ravens switches that) Clarification we would be the 4th seed. Indy the 5th

Alright that is what I thought.
Would be crazy awesome to crush Flacco in the AFC Championship but they will most likely be 1 and done this year. Unless they start using Rice. |

I was suprised at how many PIT fans were in DAL last week, I kind of had to smile a little bit. Goes to show one of the reasons these teams get so much pub. The games I have been to at KC, 5-10 years ago, you could almost feel the stadium moving it was so loud. Sorry last thing, are the halftime shows always so lame at Bengals game, the one at the DAL game was like something from a minor league hockey game. |

Indy need only win one of the last two to clinch a playoff spot. And if the other wildcard is the Rats by them losing out then the 5 seed would be the Colts and the 6 seed the Rats.
