Too much damage has been done, not matter who is to blame. I don't think there is logic in him chosing Cincy over another city. Even if he did want to redeem himself for whatever reason then he'd still choose a city that he has some hope to compete for the starting job or start one year in front of a rookie. Hypothetical or not, its not very realistic at all.

I actually agree. Palmer > Alex Smith, and he'll love throwing to Fitzgerald, Houser and Michael Floyd.

They have a good D too. Palmer would have no excuses in AZ.

These things need to happen to take the next step
