I know ill probably get heat for this but i cant stand Hall. Leon is awful. I was soo confused when we let JJ go. leon is a good tackler but i would much rather my corners, cover. I just cant imagine how more dominant our D line would be with good corners. Its time for DRE this week against the giants. Mistakes an all i would much rather be seeing dre learning than our vets making the same mistakes over and over.
Such BS. How short is your memory? 2 years ago, this franchise decided we couldn't afford 2 first round CBs. And the consensus of these boards was JJo was the weaker of the two!!! More injuries, less passes defended, less tackles, etc. Leon was even the face of the franchise and Billboard material 1-2 years. Even though I was personally a JJo fan and took my share of bashing on these boards. I still don't know that the wrong decision was made on one of the two. (I would have personally franchised JJo for one year at least.) At any rate, they both are being paid the same money and in Zimmer's eyes, Leon is just as good as ever.

So in my view and obviously the consensus view, Leon's doing just fine. And this crap about drafting another CB. We've done enough of that and have 1st round CBs coming out of trees.

Leon gave up less than 50 yards yesterday. Y'all are nuts.

On the other hand, when Newman wasn't getting picks he was getting torched all over the place.
