Not THIS year. All of our most pressing needs can be met in later rounds. I would be ok with moving back if it means picking up another 2nd round guy this year. It depends on where Arthur Brown projects to fall – 1st or 2nd. He's probably the most dynamic linebacker in our range, though my mind isn't totally closed to the idea of taking Teo in 1. X. Rhodes is another strong option at 21.

Maybe Keenan Allen. I have faith in Sanu as the #2 with Marvin Jones in the slot. Let Hawkins and Jones battle for the #3. Although Jones could rotate to the outside. Dalton has to get a pattern down with his guys....Our 1st round pick has to be a bpa pick. If we play the draft right like these past 2 years we can take whoever....if we don't consider trading up for Allen then I would take Xavier Rhodes. We can stack our CB core with Rhodes & Kirkpatrick on the outside & Leon in the slot? It would give our d line more time with the addition of Margus Hunt to the D line with the re signing of Mj.

This is as bad of a draft class as I can remember. There isn't one guy I would love to move up for. I would even be OK with trading 37 for a 2014 1st or something like that.

It's just a lot of equally talented players so none actually stand out from the bunch. It's true that it would **** to be a top 5 pick this year because you usually get an elite player with a pick that high, but not so much this year. But there is still plenty of talent that will easily upgrade our roster in the first three rounds. It is a deep, if not top heavy, draft.

Re: Anybody worth trading up for
It is actually a really good draft class. There is not much separation from the first round to the seventh round. While it lacks in individual star power it makes up for it with a whole bunch of guys that should be good starting caliber players for many years.

Agree with this as well. Even if adding WR and OL ? We still have enough picks to cover holes. Like quality over quantity this year and would like to bundle a couple later round picks and get an extra 2nd or 3rd round selection myself.

I think free agency will determine what we can do in the draft.
If we pick up a few key players and re-sign Johnson and Smith, we can pick BPA every round and give no ****s. That'd be a pretty amazing feeling.
