Geno-- the one guy nobody can complain about.

AJ--What needs to be said?

Leon--Love me some Leon

Whit--not just his play but his huge presence(literally and figuratively) on and off the field for this young team. He teaches those young fellas how to do it the right way.

Carlos Dunlap--IMO, he has stepped up his overall game maybe more than anyone else on the team from last year to this. Sack numbers are down but the pressure is there, he makes big plays and he just keeps getting better and better against the run.

Special mention to Gresh, who has been imperfect at times, to say the least, but has been downright beastly at times and made a slew of great catches this season. Still not what he could be but he's moving in that direction. By next year, he may be the force he should be.

1. Geno - one of the best seasons I have ever seen a DT have
2. AJ - Top 5 WR and isn't even close to as good as he will be
3. Zeitler - Has come into his own as a Guard and is only a Rookie.
4. Dalton - Isn't cursed by the Sophomore slump and has won us some games. That last pass in the Steelers game sealed our fate of a return to the playoffs.
5. Burfict - Came out of nowhere to make the squad and grab a starting job. He has to be the NFL's surprise of the year.

I went with Nelson over Hall in my post because Nelson comes up with more bigger plays while still not giving up much

Yeah they've both been solid. The only reason I'd put Hall over Nelson, is because he's been locking down receivers consistently since the Giants game when he held a red-hot Victor Cruz to 26 yards. Both are very valuable to this team.

Both are absolutely ballin right now though. This was the only big play Pac gave up all season

No theyve become weary of him since Joesph left because now Leon isnt perfect anymore. Hes still one of my favorite corners now, and I was worried about him the year after JJ left because he got burned ALOT but it seems like hes discovered how to play again, OR Nelson is making up for his mistakes. But I think Leon has juts gotten better...Looking at it now Leon doesnt get alot of passes thrown at him

Read where Reggie has to take some of the blame on that one for a mis-timed blitz. If Mays would have done the same thing folks would be putting all the blame on him.

We are much better after their departures.

In all seriousness, if Gilberry was here a full year, he would probably be in our Top 5's. He's had 5 sacks in limited rotational play and every time he is out there, he is making a play or at least gaining penetration. He was a great pick-up during the year.

I don't know about that....Burfict is an udfa starting in the NFL in his rookie season. We pick "Dingleberry" up off the streets and he has five sacks in rotation. Considering where they came from, and what's invested in them, that's pretty good performance.
