Gotta disagree. This loss was all on the players. Plays were there and open, execution was bad. Dropped balls, missed throws, dropped interceptions, missed sacks, just not finishing drives and plays. We out gained them 146 to 49 on the ground and found a way to lose. That is unheard of. Pass game they had 134 yards until the last 7 minutes. And as far as the timeouts we had to use them do to the players mistakes on not having enough or too many people in the huddles or on the field.

We gave up on the run game which is on the coaching staff...I think we had 96 yards on the ground in the first half, and BJGE touches it only 5 times for the rest of the game.

Better to take a 5 yard penalty than to lose all three timeouts and being bled dry. Besides, players out of position is a direct reflection of the coaching staff.

Dumb play calls in the 4th quarter...when we should have sealed the deal we crapped the bed.

Brian Billick said this isn't a west coast offense. He said true west coast offenses don't exist anymore. It may have a couple elements of it, but it's mostly a different animal.
