NCAA now going to allow ejection for head shots

NCAA announced proposed rule changes, among them one similar to the "defenseless player" rule in the NFL, which would call for the ejection of an offending player, in addition to the 15 yard penalty.

Another proposed new rule seems to target Boise St. The NCAA now says that a team must wear either pants or jerseys that contrast to the color of the turf in the stadium. The Mountain West Conference had banned Boise from wearing all blue uniforms on the blue turf this past season.
