Huh..??? WTF are you talking about in correlation to that post or the convo?

Blaming Harbs for what?! Yes he gets blame for hiring Canned Cameron. But he has been a highly successful as a HC.
As for Caldwell there will not be no new O put in with three games left. The Caldwell transition could be rocky since he's never been a coordinator before and has very little experience in calling plays -- if any, really. This is one reason the no-huddle pretty much has to come back and that Joe has to be in control of the offense.

No....the complaint was Cam's vanilla play scheme, inability to any game adjustments. The offense has consistently been between 15-19.
he is predicable and schemes are antiquated. We gave him a hall pass the first year or two because our receivers were old and couldn't blow the tops off of defenses, but now he has a lot of weapons and still cannot get it done. I understand that the o line stinks, but no quick slants, rub routes, rolling Joe out, mis-direction, NOTHING. As an OC he could never get by a confrence championship game. How many times last year did he try that damn reverse that never worked. How many times does he use a 2 wide receiver set and run Ray up the gut when they stack the box with 9 men...All the time. If my 15 year old daughter can sit there and call the plays I'm pretty sure opposing defenses can.

During Manning's glory years, Tom Moore was the OC, not Caldwell.

So Caldwell was terrible as a head coach because of a 2-14 season to ensure the best replacement for Manning after a 14-2 superbowl appearance season his first year and a 10-6 season. No complaints for him as a QB coach or assistant to Dungy though, right? He just isn't a good HEAD COACH?

I don't think Caldwell is a bad assistant. But I don't think he should be an OC. But you seem to want to keep drinking the Kool-Aid, so go ahead.

Just remember, when the Ravens can't seem to score this upcoming Sunday, don't say I didn't warn you. Without Manning, Caldwell can't coach anything in the offense.
