Default QB Example
Ben Roethlisberger finished 12th in QB rankings for this year.

His team went 8 and 8.

Out of the 8 wins he was behind center for 5 of them.

Out of the 8 loses he was behind center for all 8 of them.

Conclusion: Steelers can win without him because they have a complete team on both sides of the ball and special teams.

He is the only QB who ever won a SB in his second year NOT because he is a great QB, but because he is Steeler, the most consistent NFL franchise since the Super Bowl era!

I stand corrected. They lost 2 games without him by a total of 7 points and beat Baltimore in Baltimore without him.

7-6 with him, 1-2 without him with a win in Baltimore!

He still lost 6 games with the best franchise in football in his 9th year!

So what you're saying is, your thread stands moot? Above .500 with, below .500 without kind of makes this topic wrong.

What I'm saying to Bengals fans...............GET OVER IT!!!! IT IS WHAT IT IS!!!

Every team has it's issues. I'd rather be a Bengal fan right now than most of the teams in the league with very few exceptions.
