I know at least some parts of the law aren't in effect quite yet.....

Facebook is just a tool for CIA, FBI, and other orgs to have you VOLUNTARILY make a file on yourself telling EVERYTHING about you from what you did a month ago to things you are planning.

If she's a good teacher, I wouldn't see any problem with it. Her ability to teach has nothing to do with how kids see her (Especially since most students probably wouldn't follow her). Plus, she really didn't put up anything that bad

They won't even say if she was fired or not. She may have gotten a better deal to do an MTV reality show. Or just get high and show her boobies on the internet.

I'm not morally outraged. I'm just jealous. I had quite a few lady teachers in school who I wouldn't have minded playing "hide the salami" with.

I didn't have any hot teachers in high school! There was 1 non-old, non-ugly biology teacher. I bet she got down with some students because she was kinda skanky.
