The only way this is acceptable (from a management standpoint, at least) if it was Marv's idea to not target AJ. Then his OC is just doing his job and following orders.

I did say that my manager wants to know what I did by the end of the week. Was I succesful in my mission/project. I usually, cover myself before I am accountable and if that means working the midnight oil so be it. Similarly, Marvin was NOT happy at halftime of what Gruden's plan was and demanded AJ be part of the offense immediately. Gruden did not cover himself and his manager got upset at him.
