I don't see the comparison between Atlanta and Cincinnati.

The Bengals have a much better defense and far superior special teams compared to the Falcons.

Atlanta's offense is freakin' loaded. Cincinnati's offense looks like it's playing while loaded. If you compare offensive coordinators, Dirk Koetter has forgotten more about offensive play than Jay Gruden ever learned in the first place.
