Worst Bengals moment? That's easy:

Mike Brown passing on 9 draft picks (a pair of 1st rounders) to draft Akili Smith.

Akili Smith turned out to be quite possibly the worst starting QB in NFL history.

The draft picks could've been used to rebuild the franchise. That non-move set the Bengals back at least 5 years.
