Hasn't the owner of the Jags actually come out and said he wants Tebow?

After seeing what it did to the Jets this year he very well may be out of football this year. Unless someone like Chip Kelly wants to try and take a shot at him i just don't see anyone wanting that headache.

I hope Tebow's agent is pushing him to try out at some places as a tight end/H-back.

When I saw Andy getting jumpy in the pocket, I was not thinking "I wish Tebow was taking snaps". When Gresham was dropping passes, however, ...

I still remember Antwan Randle El killing us on trick plays, but until I saw a work-out with Tebow running some routes and catching the ball cleanly, I'd be afraid to pull the trigger.

Sanu will be our Antwan R. E. when he gets back.

As long as we're time travelling, can we just go ahead and take Manning?

He likely won't be a Jag.

The new GM straight up said he won't be there and they hired the Seahawks DC as their HC. A great move IMO. I think they will give it a go with Gabbert/Henne this year. They will give Gabbs at least one more year to figure it out.

The only vultures circling Andy Dalton must have poor eyesight because Andy is far from done.

As for Tim Tebow's faith, it's really no different than what Andy Dalton professes. Andy even went to Texas Christian University unlike Tim who went to the heathen University of Florida.

Good ol' Bengals fans. We complain about trouble-making, me-first divas ruining our team and the fact that ESPN never talks about us and/or hates us but at the same time we can't stand the idea of a young guy with a positive attitude who is never in trouble and is a media darling coming here.

That being said, I'd say sign him. He's going to be here or the CFL, so why not? yay!

The vultures I'm referring to are the Bengal fans already calling for Andy's time to be up. They became more vocal this year. A few offensive showings like the ones we saw at the end of 2012 early next season will have them out in droves.

As for the second point, Andy may very well have similar beliefs to Tebow, but he's hardly become a media darling because of it. Tebow's faith and constant grandstanding about it are the very reason that he's the figure he is. If it were any other 3rd string qb in the league, we'd be on the verge of forgetting he ever existed. Yeah, he won a playoff game, but then he was run out of town by his organization, which happens to be composed of actual football people. Would that really have happened if he was as talented as his backers would have you believe? Would he have been passed over for the great Greg McElroy?

Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe the Tebowmaniacs truly possess greater working football intelligence than actual NFL head coaches and GMs. Just maybe. I'm trusting my gut on this one and saying that they don't. Time to end the ESPN sideshow and get Timmy started on a lucrative motivational speaking career.

Ok... who cares about any of that if the guy completely s***s?

That's really what I don't get. It's obvious Tebow can't throw, let alone play QB at the NFL level to everyone that isn't blinded by his faith and "aw shucks, what a nice guy" bullcrap. He's nice, so what? So are a lot of below average players who don't have what it takes to make it in the NFL, what makes Tebow so special?

If we sign Tebow we have to bring back OchoCincoJohnson. Can't have a real circus without a clown.

I may not be high on Dalton (would be if he could be good all season instead of great for part of a season) but Tebow is far inferior. Plus I don't want my Bengals to make me feel like I'm in church when I watch.

Folks, tim tebow will not be coming here, end of story. As far as all of us being down on andy dalton, that is what he has earned so far.If he would have played much better last 4 games, then we would not even be thinking like this. And if he does not improve, everyone on here that is bashing those of us who have slammed him, will be lining up right beside us.And as far as players being persons of faith, i get that and i respect that, however those things should be kept somewhat private as you know the liberal media will just kill you if you say you are a believer. Why bring that on yourselfs and all of the fans, anyways?? If guys worship voo-doo dolls and win football games, who am I to care.I for one believe in the man upstairs. He IMO could care less about a sports team.He cares about how you come to him and depend on him for all things, not whether you win or lose at something,he wants all of us to be winners.I would like to see our team go get Mike Wallace and Revis. Both should be available as there is talk the steelers will not resign Wallace and the Jets are supposedly shopping Darelle Revis. If MIKEY is serious about winning it all this season, this is where he needs to spend his money. Hey Mr. Brown, you cannot take it with you.You have millions and millions. If I were sitting in your chair, i would be on the horn to wallace and revis and telling them how much you want them and start talking millions and go get these two guys. We would solve two of our biggest needs and then during the draft we could get the BPA and stock pile our depth.I also like Mike Gillisbee, running back with the Florida gators.

While I don't see him coming here....I don't think it's a terrible idea either. You just HAVE to pay to Tebow's strengths like Denver did

Speaking of this....I thought about this last month and wondered. Did Carson get ****** off at the Bengals FO for trying to get Vick?? Yes, I know it was 2 seasons before his retirement threat but it did cross my mind. Just another reason for him wanting to leave.

*i'm not regretting anything, just curious.
