We are ranked above a lot of great teams, I have to admit I am surprised. It isn't that I don't believe the Bengals are that good but more that I can't believe NFL.com knows it and will report it.

This is our year.

We still will have to earn our strips.

It feels great to finally be ranked above both Baltimore (#7) and Pittsburgh (#18)

This team is absolutely loaded with depth. If Dalton can perform, then they deserve this spot and will probably finish above by the time it's all said and done.

A couple dollars at the right establishment is usually all it takes...

I'm loving it, but I'm not sleeping on the Steelers or the Ravens and I'm expecting every game to be a battle.

That said, we're finally getting recognition as a legitimate contender because we have a solid core and a bunch of playmakers.

I can't remember a better time to be a Bengals fan in my 29 years

I saw this ranking and immediately said "really???". What amazed me more is that the team we just beat tar out of is 2 ranks higher.

With that said I wish we were still a much lower rank. When the Bengals are figured to lose every game we end up winning. I love being the underdog that's supposed to lose. Never seem to do well when everyone is paying attention.
