Hello Everybody... - Cincinnati Bengals Message Boards

Hi everyone. I am new to posting on the boards. I am 21 years old and unfortunatly wasn't old enough to see the Bengals of old. 2005 was the first year I ever got to see a decent team on the field. I have read up on the boards for the most of the past two years but never posted.

My opinion on the 'big' issues right now...

I wish Chad would grow up because I would love for him to stay but it's not going to break my heart or the team if he was gone.

I couldn't believe that the team tagged Justin last year and I am basically counting down the days until another team makes a huge mistake and signs him and his 2 sacks for 6-7mil a year.

I think we need to give Marvin two more years. That way he has a chance with this coordinator. If we are in this position after the 2009 season, then i would tell him, "don't let the door hit ya where the good lord split ya."

I think the bengals 'settled' for a DC. But I'll give him as much of a chance to make a statement with this defense.

Can't wait until Rudi is cut or dealt. He was supposed to be a power back but for some reason he has cut his weight each season for speed that never came. Sorry but a 200 pound RB isnt going to run over anybody on defense.

I hope to share many opinions with many of you in the future.

As for the DC I think we made a good call....had a top ten D just about every year in the 13yrs he was with Dallas. But I think I can agree with just about everything else.
