Jersey Issues

[Shere Khan]

It might be me, but why don't the Bengals jerseys look uniform (pun intended)?

Justin Smith's jersey used to look out of wack.....his stripes looked crappy.

Some of these players have name plates that aren't even aligned with the orange piping...(Brandon Johnson's and Kenny Watson's come to mind).....just look unprofessional and patched together.

Thoughts?

Ah, you missed a key word in that sentence: USED....as in, previous seasons.

His jersey stood out to me in all of those seasons....not good.

Haven't noticed that, but Smith wore a sleeveless jersey so maybe that's why the stripes on the shoulders looked weird to you.

Because it has something do with the amount of color below the armpits being different on all the jeresy's they mentioned it when they re-designed the uniform, I think ESPN called the Bengal's jersey the most uncoordinated in the NFL.

each nfl team has a taylor to adapt the uniforms to their own preferences, when seing some a tour of the giants facility on nfl.com, showing different examples, Strahan always had his sleeves cut a certain way and they double sided sticky tape to stick it to his pads.

also Carson always seems to cut the armpit of his sleeve on his jersey

I didn't notice your specific complaints about the jerseys but I did think it was extremely hard to read the player's names on the back of jersey. It looked to me like the name plate was up under the back of the player's helmet on most guys.

yup, that's it. Doesn't even look like stripes from that angle....

but what I'm talking about is just, maybe plan lack of attention to detail....

they just look....weird on some of the players......
